Corby is the key retail destination of the area for fashion and convenience stores. The Centre is made up of Willow Place, Oasis Retail Park and the traditional town centre retail pitch.

The Centre benefits from a strong fashion-led tenant mix including River Island, New Look, Peacocks, Primark and H&M alongside an ancillary value and convenience offer including Iceland, Wilkinson, Boots and Lloyds TSB.

The centre continues to see year-on-year footfall growth as a result of the strong retail mix. The vast majority of shoppers visit at least once a week and as the local retail destination over 80% of shoppers come from the core catchment. Corby is located at the heart of a prosperous and highly-populated part of the East Midlands. The road network surrounding Corby is exceptional: the M1, A1, A6, A43, A6003 and A14 are all in close proximity, allowing fast, direct access to Corby town centre and providing a link to the neighbouring cities of Leicester, Peterborough and Northampton.
