West12 Shopping Centre, Shepherd's Bush

West 12 shopping centre is a busy local centre providing a retail, leisure and dining offer to the surrounding community.

The retail mix includes Argos, Peacocks, Boots, a large Morrison’s food store and a number of retail, restaurant and leisure operators including a 12 screen, 2,500 seat multiplex Vue cinema.

The fully glazed atrium creates a bright and pleasant environment in which to eat, shop and relax and the first floor leisure mall provides a number of dining, health and fitness and leisure facilities.

The centre is located next to Westfield London which is one of the largest shopping centres in Europe. Shepherd’s Bush has benefitted from £4m of investment as part of the regeneration. West 12 is ideally placed as a convenient alternative to this scheme, offering value to mass market retail with Westfield providing the mass to premium retail.

West 12’s catchment is a typical city mix of Educated Urbanites, Aspiring Singles and Inner City Adversity ACORN classifications, with Educated Urbanites accounting for 61%. In addition the centre attracts a young catchment profile with almost 50% of the population being aged 25-45.

The area benefits from excellent transport links with an underground station, two bus stops and an over-ground station which links Shepherd’s Bush to both Clapham Junction and Willesden Green.
