Trinity Leeds, Leeds

Trinity Leeds will be the most important city-centre development of recent times. Due to open in Spring 2013 the 1 million sq ft scheme will improve the city’s core retail offer by bringing together the best of the UK high street, aspiring brands and international retailers. Trinity Leeds will elevate the city centre retail offer with more than 120 modern, flexible retail units ranging from 100 to 100,000 sq ft.

With Cult, River Island, Hollister, H&M, Topshop, Mango and Primark already signed – the centre has secured an impressive list of retailers. Trinity will also provide a key leisure draw with a 40,000 sq ft Everyman Cinema and a range of restaurants including Conran Restaurants, Carluccio's, Yo Sushi, Giraffe and HandMade Burger.

Leeds is the UK’s largest financial centre outside of London and is the third largest city in the country. It is also considered one of the UK’s best shopping destinations being dubbed the Knightsbridge of the North.*

In 2013, the catchment's 5.5 million consumers will offer a £1.93 billion spend and over 110,000 office workers with a five minute walk, will deliver a steady flow of customers into Trinity Leeds.
