St Johns, Liverpool

The St Johns Centre offers city centre shopping in the heart of Liverpool, anchored by Iceland, New Look and Argos.

Over 100 stores provide great choice of value fashion retail, a bustling market, 2 theatres and a 625 space car park.

The centre is located just moments from Lime Street station and with the central bus station on it’s doorstep, St Johns is well connected by transport links.

With over 11 million visitors per annum, the centre attracts regular loyal customers, the majority of whom visit more than once a week. St John’s customers mainly consist of the less affluent ACORN groups which reflects the dominance of value retail at the centre, however, it is also popular with Secure Families.

Land Securities are making a multi million pound investment to renew and refresh the food court to provide a bright, modern, inviting environment and the best in high street fast food. The re-development will improve capacity and facilities to best provide for its already popular demand. Due for completion in 2012.

Liverpool is the eighth largest city in the UK and with a catchment of 4.7 million and home to three universities with a total student population of 50,000, it is an established major shopping destination.

Liverpool’s famous waterfront is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has transformed Liverpool into a visitor destination of international quality. The city has excellent motorway and direct rail connections to London and other UK cities.
