Lakeside Retail Park, West Thurrock

Lakeside Retail Park offers consumers a variety of retail including homewares, family goods, electrical goods and cafes.

The park features retailers such as Toys R Us, Argos, Currys, Next Home, Mamas and Papas, Mothercare, Homesense with a Nandos restaurant, Costa Coffee and Subway.

Located adjacent to the 1.3 million sq ft Lakeside Shopping centre, they combine to create the largest concentration of retail accommodation in the UK.

The park benefits from its convenient location with direct access from junction 30/31 of the M25, as well as its provision of 1200 car park spaces which over 2 million cars used last year. West Thurrock offers a large catchment with 400,000 people living within a 20 minute drive of the park and 1.43 million within a 30 minute drive.

West Thurrock is situated in the south-west of Essex and borders the north bank of the Thames. It is a gateway to London with easy access to both Kent and Essex via the M25 motorway and Queen Elizabeth II Bridge, the longest cable-stayed bridge in Europe.
