Almondvale South & West Retail Parks, Livingston

The two Almondvale Retail Parks sit adjacent to each other and combine to form over 250,000 sq ft, creating the dominant Retail Park destination in the area.

Almondvale South provides a key convenience offer with a 90,000 sq ft Sainbury’s as well as family dining and a 31,000 sq ft Toys R Us. Almondvale West provides value retailers Pound Stretcher, TK Maxx and Matalan.
