As its name implies, Clearlet is written in plain English, not impenetrable jargon. And because the Clearlet lease is completely consistent across our entire retail portfolio, it means an end to individually negotiated deals and their associated legal fees, saving time and money for all concerned.

Clearlet is the result of detailed consultation with several of our key UK retail customers and the leading property law firms. A key aspect of Clearlet is its ability to change with the times - as the market develops, so will Clearlet. Needless to say, any amendments will be rigorously reviewed by our property directors, key customer panel and legal team.
